About Liffort Hobley
Louisiana State University 1980-’85, St. Louis Cardinals 1985, Miami Dolphins 1987-’93, Playing position(s) defensive back & safety. Liffort was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals as the 74th pick in the 3rd round of the 1985 NFL draft. He went on to play one season with the Cardinals, and 8 with the Dolphins where he holds the record for most sacks by a defensive back (6). Liffort is currently an active member of his community and the President of the Dallas Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association.
