How can I purchase a SIGND experience as a gift or for myself?

You simply go to Signd.com, find your favorite Icon, type the message you would like them to share, complete the check out process and wait for a great experience.

How will my package be sent to me?

We use Federal Express and UPS for the majority of our shipping, but may use other carriers if the circumstances dictate.

Is there a guarantee that the Icon will fulfill my order?

We will do all we can to insure that the Icon fulfills your order. If they do not, we will provide a refund to you or help you find an alternative Icon to fulfill your request.

How will I know my order went through?

You will receive a receipt immediately after you complete the payment process. Make sure to look out for an email from Signd.com. If you don’t see one, please check your junk or spam folders and mark it as not spam for future email delivery.

What happens if I do not like the experience?

We will do everything we can to correct what you are dissatisfied with. If we cannot deliver the experience purchased, please contact our customer service team and we will make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is shipped to the Icon it cannot be cancelled. If the Icon has not completed your request, we will do all we can to modify your order as you desire.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is placed.

Will you SIGND ship a gift outside the United States?

At this time, we are only shipping to the United States and Canada, but we are expanding to other countries. Please continue to check our website and subscribe to our mailing list for the latest updates!

Can I download my video or only use the QR code on the item?

Your video can be downloaded at anytime from our website after viewing. We also encourage you to share your experience on social media.

How long will the personalized video be available to me?

Your video will remain on on our site to access and share indefinitely.

Do you have an App or just the Website?

At this time, the experiences are only available on our website. Be sure to subscribe to our emails to be the first to hear about new features and functionality.

What payment methods does SIGND accept?

We accept all Major Credit cards.

How can I request something from an Icon not currently on your site?

You can send all new Icon requests to info@signd.com.  There is no guarantee that we will be able to add the Icon you requested, but will definitely reach out where appropriate.

Why do the prices vary?

Prices vary by Icon, experience, and shipping.
