About Tami Barber
1977 was my rookie year with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and I retired from the squad in 1980. Two Super Bowl’s, 2 USO tours, 2 movies, an appearance on Love Boat and enough memories to last a lifetime. The DCC’s are my family and I’m a proud member of the DCC Alumni and NFL Cheerleaders Alumni. I’ve devoted my life to rescuing animals, mostly parrots and have a jungle of a household to prove it. I’m currently producing and hosting a podcast. I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in November 2020 and want to help others who are on this journey.
