About Grant Wells

Grant is a junior quarterback for the Hokies. He’s in third season as an NCAA starting quarterback, though the first two were with Marshall. Before coming to Virginia Tech, Wells was named the Conference USA Freshman of the Year in 2020 and was named to the All-Conference USA 1st Team in that same season. During that amazing 2020 season, Grant led his conference in passing yards and touchdowns. To follow that up in 2021, Grant earned All-Conference USA Honorable Mention after finishing 15th in the NCAA in passing yards.
